Creating Your Kyodo Account

Hello everyone! We’re excited to welcome you to Kyodo. To help you get started, we have put together this official guide on how to successfully create your account and join our communities.

What Do You Need?

Before you begin the registration process, please make sure you have a stable internet connection and access to an active email address. The Kyodo app is currently available across the following:

iOS (Requires iOS 13.4 or later)
Android

Getting Started

To help you adjust to the platform, we’ve listed the step-by-step account creation process below. These steps will allow you to set up your profile and enter your favorite Circles with ease.

Download the App: Search for "Kyodo" in the App Store or Google Play Store and download the official release.
Sign Up: Launch the application and select "Sign Up" on the main welcome screen.
Enter Your Email: Input a valid email address. This will be your primary method for logging in and recovering your account in the future.
Verify Your Account: To keep our platform secure, Kyodo will send a 6-digit verification code to the email you provided. Return to the app and enter this code. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folders.
Complete Your Profile: Finally, choose your username and create a strong password.

Keeping Your Account Safe

Your security is highly important to us. As you start using Kyodo, please keep these safety tips in mind:

Never share your password with anyone. Team Kyodo and our staff will never ask you for your login credentials.
Do not share background diagnostic data, session tokens, or internal technical screenshots with other users, as this can compromise your account.
Always download the app and any updates directly from the official App Store or Google Play Store to avoid phishing attempts.
