How to delete your account? 

If you want to delete your account permanently, you need to be logged into your account and know your account’s credentials.

Step 1: Make sure you have the Kyodo app installed and are logged in. Open the app and go to the home menu, where you can see all the circles you’ve joined (marked by the house icon in the navigation bar at the bottom).

Step 2: Access your settings by clicking the round icon in the top-right corner of your screen. If you’ve set a profile picture for your global account, the icon will display it. Clicking this icon will open your settings.

Step 3: In the settings, you’ll see an overview of your account information, including your email, global nickname, and Plus subscription status. Below this, you’ll find Account settings, divided into Account and Privacy & Safety. To delete your account, select Account.

Step 4: In the Account settings, scroll to the bottom. The last option, marked in red, is Delete account. Tap this option to proceed with deleting your account.

Step 5: You will be asked to confirm the deletion of your account by submitting your password.

Home -> Select your global profile picture -> “Account” -> “Delete Account” ->

Once you delete your account, you have a 14 day grace period. During this time you can log in and cancel the tasks. Once the 12 day grace period has expired your account deletion is permanent and can not be reverted.
