Moderation is crucial to creating and keeping a safe circle, the staff team (Circle Owner, Admins, Mods) are responsible for ensuring the circle is moderated and kept safe for all members to enjoy.
Guidelines
A very important step in moderating a circle is setting up guidelines and rules for members to follow and for the staff team to base their decisions on.
Members and circles have to follow Kyodo’s Community Guidelines, but the staff team can draft guidelines that expand on those rules or add additional ones to ensure their circle stays safe and fun for everyone.
Circle Guidelines should be fair and not discriminate.
Circle Owners and Admins can add their guidelines to the Guidelines Page, which they can access by opening the side bar and selecting the Admin Panel. The guidelines are situated in the Customization of the circle which Admins and the Circle Owner can access and change by clicking “Customize”.
