Child Safety:
Kyodo prohibits anyone under the age of 13 to use the app, if a minor is caught using the platform their associated account will be removed.
Kyodo will take action with the utmost seriousness on any content related to material that sexually exploits a minor. Child sexual exploitation encompasses any abuse of a position of power or trust for sexual purposes. This includes economic, social, sexual or political exploitation of a minor. Such as any visual depiction of minor nudity or sexually explicit conduct with minors by perverted adults.
Do not post, upload, share or create:
Content that distributes, forwards, offers to trade, sell or directs users off the platform to obtain content that presents a relationship with minors in a sexualized way or that in any way sexualizes a minor.
Content that solicits, glorifies or encourages images of sexual content about minors. Content that promotes, normalizes or links to pederasty or sexual assault of a minor.
Solicitations for minors, deduction, requests for contact on and off the platform, sexual requests or comments, and gift giving, is defined as behavior in which an adult contributes an emotional relationship with a minor to gain their trust for sexual acts.
Content depicting sexual arousal or stimulation of a minor.
Content that exposes the genitals, buttocks, pubic area or nipples of a minor.
Nudity, NSFW and sexual activities:
Kyodo strives to create a platform that is safe for everyone. Nudity, pornography and any explicit content is strictly prohibited on our platform, we also prohibit content that supports non-consensual sexual acts, non-consensual sharing of intimate images.
Art showing nudity with the 50/50 rule for sexual body parts is allowed, as long as:
- It is a painting, drawing, sculpture or something similar and related to art, which is not intended to excite.
Sexual exploitation:
Any content related to sexual exploitation is not allowed. It is defined as abuse of a position of vulnerability, power, or trust for sexual purposes, including monetary gain.
Do not post, upload, share or create:
Content that solicits, displays, promotes or links to sexual acts including rape and sexual assault.
Content that solicits, displays, promotes, or links to non-consensual sexual images.
- Content that requests, displays, promotes or links to sexual solicitation, including the offer or solicitation of sexual partners, sexual services such as sexcamming among others.
- Content showing sexual arousal or stimulation (Ahegao)
- Content showing a sexual fetish
- Content showing any genitalia, buttocks, pubic area or nipples
- Content that includes sexually explicit language for the purpose of sexual gratification
Sexual harassment:
Sexual harassment is defined as any actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, power or trust for sexual purposes, including the monetary, social or political benefit of the sexual exploitation of another person. We do not allow it.
Do not post, upload, share or create:
- Content that belittles the sexual activity of another person
- Content that simulates sexual activities with another person, either lemon role, in textual format (including emojis) or through any function of the application.
- Content that modifies or alters the image of another person to make sexual innuendos.
- Content that extorts or reveals details of someone else's private sex life.
Bullying and harassment:
Kyodo is an inclusive community without fear of abuse. We do not tolerate platform members being embarrassed, bullied or harassed. Abusive content can cause serious psychological distress and will be completely removed from our platform.
Abusive behavior:
Kyodo will remove any content related to abuse, including threats or demeaning statements intended to mock, humiliate, embarrass, intimidate or hurt an individual. (We will not remove critical comments, but we will ban serious abusive behavior)

- Content that insults or belittles another individual for attributes such as intellect, appearance, personality traits.
- Content that encourages mobbing.
- Content that belittles victims of violent tragedies.
- Content depicting intentional harm or intimidation, such as online harassment or trolling.
- Content that wishes death, serious illness or other harm to a person.
Hacking, doxxing and blackmail threats:
Threatening to attack, hack, or dox with the intent to harass and blackmail another person is strictly prohibited. We consider these behaviors to be a form of abuse and do not allow it.
Do not post, upload, share or create:
- Content that threatens to share personal data such as address, email, personal number, personal identification and among others.
- Content that threatens to blackmail a person or hack their account.
- Content that prompts or encourages third parties to hack into or reveal another person's account, personal data, or personally identifiable information.
- Another person's account, personal data, or personally identifiable information for the purpose of abuse, harassment, or trolling.
Suicide and self-harm:
We remove content that depicts acts of suicide or suicidal tendencies, as well as content that could encourage engagement in suicidal or self-harm behavior. We also remove content that depicts acts of attempted suicide or behavior that may lead to suicide. We prohibit any form of content that promotes, normalizes or glorifies suicide. In the event that we detect any type of physical threat to human life that is specific, credible and imminent, we will report it to the appropriate authorities.
Attitudes of hate and discrimination:
Kyodo is a diverse and inclusive platform that does not tolerate discrimination. We do not allow content that expresses hate and discrimination or encourages such behavior.
Attacks and insults directed at protected groups
We define hate speech or behavior as content that attacks, threatens, incites violence, or in any way dehumanizes an individual or group based on the following protected attributes:
- Race
- Ethnicity
- National origin
- Religion
- Sexual orientation
- Sex
Gender
- Gender identity
- Serious illness
- Disability
Slurs are defined as derogatory terms that are intended to discredit a group or person on the basis of the previously mentioned protected attributes. To minimize the spread of offensive terms, we remove all slurs from our platform unless they are reappropriated, used self-referentially (for example, in a song), or are not derogatory (for example, in contexts. educational).

- Content that promotes or justifies violence, exclusion, segregation or discrimination of people.
- Content that includes insults that are not self-referential.
- Content that targets transgender or non-binary people expressing the wrong gender or wrong name.
- Content that glorifies, promotes, advocates, or supports any hateful ideology (such as white supremacy, misogyny, anti-LGBTQ ideologies, or anti-Semitism).
- Content that includes names, symbols, logos, flags, slogans, uniforms, gestures, greetings, illustrations, portraits, songs, music, lyrics or other objects related to a hateful ideology (such as Nazi).
Violent extremism:
We have a stance against violence within our platform. We will not allow our platform to be a channel to threaten or incite violence, or to promote violent organizations or acts.

- Statements that are intended to inflict physical violence on an individual or group.
- Statements or images that encourage others to commit acts of violence.
- Statements that encourage others to commit acts of violence.
- Calls to bring weapons to a location with the intent to intimidate or threaten an individual or group with violence.
- Extremist and violent organizations and individuals.
- On our platform, we do not allow the participation of individuals or organizations that promote or commit acts of violence, such as terrorist organizations, organized hate groups, criminal organizations and other non-state armed groups that target civilians.
Organized hate groups:
Organized hate refers to people and organizations that attack people. We consider organized hate attacks to include actions that incite violence or hatred, dehumanize individuals or groups, or adhere to a hateful ideology.

- Content that glorifies, promotes, advocates, or supports violent acts or extremist organizations or individuals.
- Content that encourages participation in or seeks to recruit individuals for violent extremist organizations.

Integrity and authenticity:
We believe that trust is fundamental to our community. We remove content or accounts that contain fraudulent interactions, phishing, or misleading information that causes substantial harm.
We do not allow accounts whose owner misrepresents another person or entity. After confirming a phishing report, we will ask the affected user to modify their profile or we will proceed to ban their account. We allow the creation of accounts for the purpose of blatant humor or parody, or fan accounts, as long as the username indicates that it is a fan, commentator, or humorist account, and that it is not affiliated with the subject. from account.
Do not represent yourself as another person or entity by using another person's name, biographical information, or profile picture in a misleading manner.
Illegal activities:
We strive to ensure that Kyodo does not occur in violation of laws or regulations. We prohibit trade, illegal sales.

Fraud and scams:
Kyodo will not allow anyone to exploit our platform to take advantage of users' trust. We will remove content that is intended to mislead others for financial or illicit advantage. This also includes selling or borrowing accounts of Kyodo users for the purpose of getting rare accounts.

- Content that promotes phishing or identity theft.
- Content that promotes Ponzi or pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing.
- Content that promotes investment schemes with the promise of high returns, fixed bets or any other type of scams.
Privacy, personal data and personally identifiable information:
We do not allow content that violates the confidentiality of personal data or personally identifiable information (for example, telephone numbers or postal addresses), also the threat or content that forces the giving of personal information. We remove content that displays personal data or personally identifiable information from the platform.
Violent and graphic content:
Kyodo is a diverse community in variety of content, but graphic content or violence. Shocking, graphic, sadistic, or gruesome content or content that promotes, normalizes, or glorifies extreme violence or suffering is not permitted on our platform. In the event that we detect a threat to public safety, we will ban the account.
Do not post, upload, share or create:
- Content depicting human beings in the following contexts: violent or graphic deaths or accidents. dismembered, mutilated, charred or burned human remains open wounds or injuries as a focus physical violence, actual fighting and torture.

Copyright violations:
Copyright protects original works of authorship and the original expression of an idea. We encourage everyone to create and share original content. Content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights is prohibited on our platform. Use of copyrighted works under certain circumstances, such as the fair use doctrine or other applicable laws.

- Content that violates or infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Platform security:
Data security is one of Kyodo's priorities for our users, creators, partners, suppliers and employees, including their personal data, accounts, profiles, content and other business information, as well as our products and services. Access to the Kyodo platform (including our website, application, network and associated infrastructure or networks) through unauthorized methods, or to obtain confidential business information or personal information is not permitted. Any attempt to undermine or exploit the security, integrity or reliability of our platform, products and services is expressly prohibited.
Not allowed:
- Trying to access the Kyodo platform through unauthorized means.
- Create or distribute malicious files, content, or messages that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that may be harmful to the Community or the Platform.
- Try to obtain, acquire or request access credentials and other confidential information (non-public data) through automated scripts or any other method.
Spam:
Spam is disruptive, intrusive, and undermines the quality of communication and engagement within our application. In order to maintain a positive and valuable experience for all members, we have a strict policy against spam in all its forms. This guideline outlines what constitutes spam and the consequences of engaging in such behavior.
Definition of Spam:
Spam is any unsolicited or irrelevant content that is repeatedly and excessively posted, distributed, or promoted within our community. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unsolicited Promotion: Posting content solely for the purpose of promoting products, services, or links without contributing to meaningful discussions.
- Repetitive Content: Sharing the same message, link, or content repeatedly within a short span of time, either across different discussions or within a single discussion.
- Off-Topic Posts: Sharing content that is unrelated to the topic or theme of the community or discussion.
- Deceptive Practices: Using misleading tactics to attract attention or clicks, such as clickbait titles or false promises.
- Automated or Bulk Posts: Using bots or automated tools to flood the community with posts or messages.
- Phishing: Posting links or content intended to deceive members into revealing personal information, passwords, or financial details.
Consequences of Spam:
Engaging in spam behavior will result in immediate actions, including but not limited to:
- Content Removal: Any spam content will be promptly removed from the community.
- Warning: A warning will be issued to the individual responsible for the spam.
- Temporary Suspension: In cases of repeated spam offenses, a temporary suspension of the individual's posting privileges may be imposed.
- Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated spam violations may lead to a permanent ban from the community.
How to Avoid Spam:
We encourage all members to contribute positively and meaningfully to discussions. To avoid being flagged as spam:
- Be Relevant: Ensure that your posts, comments, and links are relevant to the topic of discussion.
- Engage Thoughtfully: Contribute insightful and valuable content that adds to the conversation.
- Respect Posting Limits: Avoid excessive posting in a short period; focus on quality over quantity.
- Be Transparent: Clearly indicate any promotional content and avoid using misleading tactics.
- Report Suspected Spam: If you come across any content that you believe may be spam, report it to the community moderators.
