Asset Guidelines: Frames and Bubbles
We’d like to take a moment to clarify and reinforce some important guidelines regarding frame and bubble submissions on the Kyodo app.
To maintain the integrity of our creative community, please ensure that all frames adhere to the following rules:
[?] The following are strictly prohibited:
01. Non-original content: All elements in your frame or bubble must be your own, original work. Do not use PNGs, stamps, traced assets, or any third-party materials.
02. AI generated content: Frames and bubbles created with the help of AI are not allowed. We value authentic, human made artwork. AI tools often generate content using existing copyrighted work without permission.
03. Copyrighted material: You may not include logos, mascots, or any characters or assets that are protected by copyright laws.
04: NSFW and graphic content: Frames or bubbles submitted to the store must not contain NSFW content, including suggestive undertones or representations. All assets should be appropriate for public viewing and must not include graphic or explicit details that are unsafe for general audiences.
Violations of these rules may result in serious consequences, including removal of content, permanent ban from submitting assets, or a full ban from the Kyodo app. Legal action maybe a possibility.
[✅] What Is Allowed:
Inspired content: Taking inspiration from a movie, show, or artwork is allowed, as long as your frame is an original interpretation, not a direct copy or replica. In these cases, we highly recommend that artists disclose their source of inspiration and give proper credit where credit is due.
Collaborative work: Artists may collaborate and draw original frames or bubbles together as long as the assets follow the guidelines.
Thank you for helping us keep Kyodo a creative, respectful, and original space for all artists.
