How to request for a circle feature? 

To request for a circle feature, the owner must go through the Support form. Submit a ticket and for the "type" choose "I'd like my circle featured". 

Please ensure that the circle’s link is included in the request, and ideally provide a brief description of the circle to help us assess it more effectively. 

Circle Feature Requirements

To be eligible for a feature, the circle must meet the following criteria:

• Circle feature request must be submitted to Support by the circle owner. We do not accept requests made by admins, moderators, or circle members. The owner must request using the email attached to their Kyodo account. 
  

• The circle topic must be appropriate, no NSFW or 18+ content. It also cannot be based on another social media platform.
  

• The circle requesting cannot be private. 
  

• The circle must be at least 3 days old before submitting a request.
  

• The circle must have at least 20 members.
  

• The circle owner and at least 50% of staff members must each have 50 minutes or more of activity time in the circle.

Feature Scheduling and Duration

Once the circle is approved for a feature, it will be added to a first-come, first-served queue (circle feature waitlist). Team Kyodo will feature one circle per segment each day, ensuring every circle has a fair chance to be showcased at the top of the page.

Each circle will remain featured for 30 days. After this period, circle owners must wait 60 days (2 months) before submitting another feature request.
