Hello everyone!
A valuable feature on Kyodo is flagging and reporting. A bad report doesn’t help Team Kyodo, so we are here to check what needs to be flagged and how to do it properly!
━━━ Definitions
01. Flag: mark (an item) for attention or treatment in a specified way.
02. Report: make a formal statement or complaint about (someone or something).
How to flag
Posts, chats, chat messages, circles, comments, and profiles use the same system: click on the thing you want to report, and you will see three dots in the top right corner of your screen. A new pop-up will show up: "Report X.”
The most important thing to keep in mind while reporting is to always describe what happened or what has been said. If a member’s messages violate Kyodo’s guidelines, please `flag the messages`, not only the profile — Team Kyodo needs that to take action.
Notes:
1. Only Team Kyodo will see the flags if it's global.
2. Only Team Kyodo will see the flag if a circle/owner is reported.
3. Both Team Kyodo and the circle's staff receive the reports done inside a circle.
